Where does Shingari’s School of Rhythm offer dance classes?
We currently serve three regions: Greater Chicago (weekly group classes plus private lessons), the San Francisco Bay Area (private lessons), and Los Angeles (private lessons). Use the Find a Location page to reach the director for your region.
What styles of dance do you teach?
Bollywood and cinematic Indian dance are our signature, built on classical foundations of Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, and folk, along with modern, jazz, and hip-hop influences.
What ages can join a class?
Classes and private lessons are open to boys, girls, and adults ages 5 and up. Students are grouped by age and skill level, and it is never too late to start.
Do you offer private dance lessons?
Yes. Private lessons are available in all three regions, for individuals or groups, and are perfect for wedding choreography, a special event, or learning at your own pace. In the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles, private lessons are our focus.
Can we book Bollywood dancers for a wedding or corporate event?
Yes. Our dancers have performed on stages around the world, and we choreograph and perform for weddings, corporate events, and cultural programs. Use the Book an Event page to tell us about your event.
How do I get started?
Send us a note through the Contact page and choose your region. Your message goes directly to your regional director, who will follow up personally with schedules, pricing, and next steps.
